As we find ourselves spending more time with our digital friends, its easy to forget about the importance of enriching our social circles by building strong, face-to-face connections. My new favorite in-person networking event focuses on the broad range of fields in sustainable fashion and other creative areas.

Sustainable Fashion Matterz founder Cherie Birkner is a rallying force. Cherie is empowering the Berlin fashion scene by bringing together talented people and giving them the opportunity to connect and built a greater network.

{ Driving Sustainability: A Fashion Show for Charity }
Thursday, October 12, 2017, 19:00-21:00 DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum, Friedrichstrasse 84, Berlin.

Driving Sustainability celebrates sustainability in design through a dazzling evening of German/ American cultural exchange. This Event is dedicated to raising awareness of responsible design, production, and consumption in fashion.

Cutting-edge Berlin designers who are passionate in their dedication to environmentally responsible production of their fashion will be showcased alongside with Talks and Music.

100% of proceeds will go to Hope Beyond Displacement, an organization that provides education for refugee women and girls.

Knowing Frank and Claudio for so many years, i was more than happy to celebrate their 10 years anniversary with them. Impressive setting at the Kraftwerk Berlin collaboration with the Olympus Playground, made for a fun and immersive night. Here is to another 10 years of IHeartBerlin!!!
