So… a lot has changed, and we’re finally back! There’s a fresh look, a new furry assistant named Björn, new designs, new stories, and plenty of things to share — but the essence remains the same: I make my own bags because I still can’t find ones I love that are designed ethically.
Many of you already know how much I avoid polyester, plastics, and materials that may be “cheap” to buy but end up costing our planet far more. Of course, some compromises are still tricky to avoid — but here we are: experimenting, recycling, designing durable pieces, and excited to be back just in time for Christmas!
I’ve created a small capsule collection that brings together our basics and bestsellers — so your favourite items are back, with a few new ones to discover too. :)
Since our domain was stolen and the previous site disappeared, I had to rebuild everything from scratch. But we’re finally ready to relaunch in 2025! In the meantime, I’ll be uploading pieces to our Etsy shop while the website gets its finishing touches. I might be a bit rusty… but last week I saw a girl in the Mall of Berlin wearing a waterproof backpack and knew I needed to move — quickly! — and get this capsule out into the world.

One of our favourite Bag # 4, this is a fully cotton fabric that was sent to me directly from Japan. The rest of the materials are from Germany, and of course, everything was made by me in my atelier in Berlin 🤗

🎁🎅🏻This year our beloved Xmas Market will not happen. It has been something we kind of expected because the organisers are extremely professional and caring with the artists and handmakers but also with the visitors.
They happened to have received a bit of a backlash in their FB page for this decision from some frustrated people and some anti-corona people. But we want to thank them for thinking of us all.
👉Last night they tried to burn the Robert Koch Institute that has the most prestige in the world for their discoveries in regards to respiratory illnesses but also for their data analysis capacity. We are shocked, we are angry about the people that can’t cherish life and feel they have to destroy others too.
🎁We want to have a cure for Covid and we thank for doing what it is necessary right now. We want to thank as well and keep supporting the Robert Koch Institute for their work (and the patience). 🧬🩺🦠💊💉
