Her relationship with Arts dates way back to her childhood. She has graduated from high school as a decoration architect. Having also taken courses on photography in the same school, she decided photography was her thing. So after finishing high school she continued her studies on photography and on 2008 graduated as a fashion photographer from “Focus” photography school. The passion for clothes a
nd fashion pushed her even further and on 2010 started taking courses on fashion design and garment patterns in a public school. She started creating her first designs pretty soon since her appetite for learning gave fruit pretty quickly. You could say she’s into a vintage and fiction kind of thing, creating old school designs; with her favorite decades being the 60’s, 80’s & 90’s without this meaning that she’s not experimenting on more modern and extreme creations. As a true environmentalist and nature lover Elektra uses garments from old clothes combining it with new weird and unusual fabrics to satisfy her imagination. She considers recycling is very crucial to our way of life and she finds lots of creativity and inspiration in it! Every piece made is unique and no more than 2 pieces for each design are produced.
