In 1891, Thomas Burberry opened his first store in London. By 1901, the brand had its iconic logo: a knight with a flag inscribed Prorsum (“forward”)—a philosophy that continues to define Burberry today.

The Trench Coat – a timeless classic. Lightweight, wind- and water-resistant, it was originally designed for British officers and explorers, including polar expeditions. Legendary wearers include Winston Churchill, Humphrey Bogart, and Audrey Hepburn.
