How collars are inserted at ZOLNAR ⬇️

1. The collar is inserted into the neckline, matching all notches.

2. The back neckline is bound — this gives a clean finish and structural support.

3. The binding ends are trimmed and the remaining neckline is overlocked.

4. The label is secured under the binding.

5. The neckline shaping seam is topstitched with a specialized presser foot for precision.

Result: a clean, stable neckline that sits flat, stretches comfortably, and keeps the garment from deforming.
