Put the wool aside for a while and turned my attention to my Imperial Assault boardgame group. While still painting the figurines, I also created an inlay for all the game's part from foam.

After everything was actual organized, I made an update to the selfmade dice box we used so far. The two new boxes, made from wood and felt, are way cleaner and mean less passing around of stuff (together with the 2nd set of dice I bought for the game).

I will post more pictures of some painted figurines once I got a bit further.

Halloween 2019: Ghost Pokémon Trainer with Haunter as signature Pokémon.

Crocheted in two pieces: hat and scarf. Pokéballs and hands made from styrofoam and papier mâché.

When you want to keep your hand warm, but also have to save Hyrule at two ⏳

After a long time I finally finished a crochet project again. It got a bit too short to keep the wrist warm, but the thumb hole turned out very nicely. And I'm very pleased with the surface, even if these stiches take a bit longer to grow the project 😅

Aiming to share new projects and learnings on non-crochet projects I'm going to tackle this year. Being very excited for this 😁

My biggest project so far is finally done! A Shiba-Inu themed dog blanket with a bone themed pillow. Flux and Waffles love it 😍

Material: soft cotton by Panduro Hobby (100% cotton, 50g on 80m)

After watching the fantastic Studio Ghibli movie "Princess Mononoke" again, I just had to crochet some of the adorable litte Kodama. What a coincidence, that there were two birthdays to give them a lovely home as well 😉

Who else grows plants, hoping to hear the cute little Kodama rattle one day?

Had some crochet momentum and did one of my small dragons in a fabulous rainbow hair version. Have to train my haircutter skills a bit more, but I'm happy enough with the result to attach hair to more amigurumi in the future.

What do you think about the hairstyle? I personally love how the fringe turned out 💛

It's quite some time, since my last post on this page. Partly because I was busy moving to Sweden. Parlty because I mainly did only known patterns or some experiments I didn't want to share. But now there is something new!

This little mandrake was a birthday present for a good friend. Inspired by drawings of mandrakes it's finally an original pattern again. I think, it won't be the last mandrake I'll dig out of the wool :D How about plant variations and a little scream feature next time?

"Rawr" klingt es leise zwischen den Eierschalenstücken inmitten des Feuers. Noch kann dieser kleine Fratz kein Feuer spucken, aber mit seiner Niedlichkeit kriegt er so schon jeden zum Schmelzen :)

Dieser Drache basiert auf einem eigenen Design und markiert den Start meiner eigenen kleinen Kollektion von Amigurumi. Zusätzlich zum Häkelanteil kommt der Kleine komplett in einem passenden Drachenei, in das er tatsächlich komplett hinein passt, auch wenn es etwas beengt zu sein scheint, will er doch bald wieder heraus.
Eine wunderbare Überraschung, wenn die Schale aufspringt und einen diese kleinen Äuglein anstarren :3

Während der erste seiner Art bereits einen anderen Drachenzähmer glücklich macht, bahnen sich seine Brüder aus dem eisigen Norden und den Wäldern im Westen heimlich ihren Weg hierher. Bleibt gespannt ;)

"Tatzen des Zorns"

Dieser kleine Yokai hat zuerst meine Wohnung auf den Kopf gestellt und dann ein tolles zu Hause bei einer guten Freundin gefunden. Hoffentlich kann sie dieses energiegeladene Jibanyan unter Kontrolle halten :)
