Update on my Traveler’s Shawl Spin-Along. I finished the yarn (picture of final 2-ply yarn and the three braids I started with). Next I start on the Knit-Along! Excited to see how it develops. This is my first time combining different dyed braids and Im liking experimenting with color and looking forward to more trials

Despite the backlog of projects I have to post here, instead Im sharing something new. Im participating in a spin-along & knit-along for the Traveler’s Shawl. To start I picked out three fiber braids (I dyed the blue & pink, and the blend of colors is from Lair of the Llama. I broke up the braids and Im spinning chunks of each in sequence. Hoping I get areas of clear single colors mixed with areas of blending. We will see!! More pictures once the singles are done and plied into a finished yarn.
