The battery!

Before you decide your BDC battery needs replacing, here are a couple of quick things worth checking first:

1. Are you using the original charging cable? Some third-party cables only transfer data and won’t charge the unit at all.

2. Is your power source actually supplying power?
Not all USB ports do – some PCs and hubs don’t provide charging power.
