Ruby Store was always, to me, also a creative playground. I have always been drawn to that certain “it” in people — the special sparkle in their faces, an energy that felt sexy, different, shy, or strong.

So I started shooting with photographer friends, with people I know and love. These are some pictures of my favorite people and moments from those shoots.

We also created a fashion film, which even won a prize. Unfortunately, I lost my apartment because of that production… but that’s another story.

Lydia may be new, but it already feels like she’s always been part of the team. From day one, she brought a sense of warmth, and ease plus great music taste.

A little flashback: we redesigned the store in 2018, and Anja Bauer from llotllov redesigned the store, creating an outstanding design that we still use today.
The concept was to create a jungle-like atmosphere, full of lush energy, warmth, and a sense of green escape.

Before the renovation could begin, friends came to help empty the store, and afterward we all went out for dinner. The beautiful thing is that everyone still remembers that special evening we shared together.

The helping hands of my dear friends gave the place a unique energy. Not to sound sentimental, but I truly believe in these things.

The opening was crazy, sexy, and cool—just to quote TLC—and so were my guests. Julia my friend organized the opening
