She is the queen of punk, popularizing a DIY aesthetic and the most important of punk values & bringing them to the mainstream. Vivienne was a pioneer of androgynous fashion, challenging traditional gender norms. Her legacy also involves directly educating the next generation of designers & creative thinkers. Many famed designers credit her as a major source of inspiration, including Alexander McQueen & John Galliano. R.I.P. Vivienne, a legend & an icon.
