At Bache GmbH, we specialize in continuous, roll-to-roll fabric production for demanding technical and automotive applications.

With production facilities in both Rheinberg and Mönchengladbach, Germany, we produce high-quality technical textiles in long, consistent rolls.

Meet our 3D Knitted 2-in-1 Convertible Chair & Tote.

Engineered on our flat bed knitting machines in a single continuous process with zero seams.

This innovative textile solution features a fully self-supporting 3D structure in which the knitted fabric itself serves as the primary load-bearing element.

Through advanced functional zoning, we integrate multiple structures and properties within one piece:
- Targeted padded cushion zones in camouflage pattern for pressure distribution and comfort
- Breathable mesh areas for ventilation
- Integrated 3D knitted pockets
- Reinforced 3D knitted straps

That’s a wrap! 🙌 Four successful days at Techtextil Frankfurt 2026 in Messe Frankfurt. We met with strong interest from various industries including sportswear, automotive, accessories, circularity, and more in our precision flat bed knitting technology.

It’s been an exciting two days at Techtextil Frankfurt 2026. We’ve seen strong interest in our advanced flat bed knitted technology of seamless multi-structure designs, integrated padding, 3D shape knitting. #

Every year, approximately 92 million tons of textile waste are generated worldwide. Only 13% is recycled and less than 1% is turned into new fibres.
In the KnitCycle project with Hochschule Niederrhein, we address this challenge through true circularity.
Pre and post-consumer knitted textile waste is mechanically recycled using tearing processes with varying parameters to produce high-quality recycled fibres. These fibres are spun into new yarns and successfully processed on our industrial flat bed knitting machines.

The result is 100% recycled seamless 3D knitwear, closing the loop from end-of-life products back into premium new textiles.

Come see our latest collaboration with Dutch textile innovator, Eugene van Veldhoven () live at Techtextil Frankfurt, April 21–24, 2026 (Hall 11.1, Stand D50)

Eugene is based in Den Haag, Netherlands, known for his experimental printing techniques including flocking, coatings, burn-out, relief, and more. We applied his visionary prints onto our knitted surfaces creating unique visual and tacitile experiences to our textiles.
