While I worked as a seamstress, I would receive so many requests for sewing lessons - and I’m so excited to finally say they’re happening. 🥳

I’ll be hosting small group sewing workshops in English in a beautiful space at in PBerg. The studio has access to high-quality fabrics and materials, and the class sizes will stay intentionally small so I can give everyone proper guidance.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished piece of your choice, along with the skills and confidence to keep sewing on your own.

For anyone thinking about learning something new this year, sewing is such a mindful and rewarding skill. It’s my favourite way to slow down and create something tangible in a world where we’re often spending so much time online.

The first class takes place April 11, and bookings are now open!

I made this wall-hanging as a Christmas gift for a close friend. It's comprised of natural-dyed cloth, pieces from my late Nana's textile collection, and off-cuts from altered clothing.
The shapes and composition are symbolic of the places we now call home; he - London, me - Berlin, and the fact we both come from the southern hemisphere.

The hanging is backed with wadding and suspended by a piece of driftwood I collected from a beach in Australia when I was last home. 🌊

Super psyched to announce the studio space I share will be hosting a special event next Sunday. 🍾

Dearest customers,
After an incredibly busy summer period I am taking a break from my garment repair and alteration work.
I will of course still complete any work I have with me in the studio, and all appointments that are currently scheduled for the following fortnight still stand.

Many thanks for all the support and positive feedback from you all over the course of this year, it really does mean so much to me. I will be making a post to alert you as to when I'm back up and running.
