UMA — another name for Goddess Parvati, the gentle and radiant face of Shakti, who holds both the fire that transforms and the tenderness that sustains.

This ring carries her essence — the dual nature of feminine energy. The deep red garnet speaks of passion, protection and courage. The green peridot, of clarity, intelligence and renewal.

Together they mirror the sacred polarity within every woman: the fierce and the nurturing, the storm and the calm, the force that both grounds and uplifts. True power lies not in choosing one over the other, but in holding both with grace.

Welcoming Full Moon in Cancer in Ashlesha nakshatra. Its symbol is the serpent - it waits, wraps and holds. 🐍

Just as the serpent sheds its skin when it no longer fits, this Moon is asking you to see clearly your attachments and emotional patterns that have become too tight to bear.

If you do one thing during this Full Moon, let it be this: return to stillness. Meditate. Sit quietly. Breathe. Notice what arises without needing to fix it.

And if the mind wanders - as it will - stay with it as a compassionate observer. Curious. Kind. Present. Not pushing anything away, not getting pulled in. 📿

Turn what once felt like an obstacle into a source of insight and beauty.

NIRĀ, meaning — quiet, without sound.

Built through repetition, small beads strung one by one, forming a line that loops, returns, continues.

There is no central focal point.
No hierarchy.
Just rhythm.

Its length allows it to move with the body to be doubled, layered or worn long, changing slightly each time, never fixed into a single expression.

The pale beads carry a sense of continuity. Steadiness is created through small, consistent acts, not grand gestures.

One darker bead interrupts the sequence. A moment of awareness — a place to return to when the mind drifts.

In Sanskrit, Ravi is another name for the Sun.

But this is not a symbol of the Sun. This is a symbol of how the Sun is experienced.

You would think that the representation of the Sun should be round. But a perfect circle would imply completion, mastery, finality. RAVI resists the idea of completion. Its form reminds us that radiance is alive — not finished.

Cast in silver — organic, uneven, alive.
A reminder of inner center, of self-generated light, arising from within. Worn close to the body, RAVI becomes an anchor. A symbol of constancy, of standing in your own radiance.

New Moon in Capricorn — in Uttara Aṣāḍhā nakṣatra.

Keep your schedule lighter than usual.
Be more truthful about your limits.

Responsibility, in its truest form, includes responsibility toward yourself - your energy, your body, your inner rhythm.

This Amāvasyā asks us not what we want to begin, but what we are willing to stand behind, day after day, in silence.

Opening is not a decision — it is a response. When the space is right, walls soften on their own. Nothing needs to be forced, explained or performed. The work completes itself when interference falls away.

This is the story of Shatabhisha nakshatra. Here, healing requires withdrawal rather than exposure. Its symbol is a circle - divine protection, a sealed space inwhich unseen processes unfold. 🌀

A solid silver pendant - your own sealed space.

The Full Moon shines in Ardra Nakshatra, the star of Rudra — a fierce form of Lord Shiva, the god of storms, chaos, and transformation.

When the Moon culminates in a nakshatra that is so sharp in nature, all our inner storms may awaken.

The parts of us that feel wild, untamed, and difficult to control can rise to the surface. 🌊

But it is when we are pushed to that edge, when we see with greater clarity what no longer makes sense to sustain. What is not a priority anymore. And what truly matters now.

Everything external is subject to change, experiences arise and dissolve. 🌀

The mind cannot be trusted when it is uncentered, but when our center is steady, distortion has nowhere to settle.

This center does not interpret. It witnesses. It governs how reality is perceived, so we must take care of it. 🪔

Stability is not secured by managing the outer world, it is an inner state. The ability to stay balanced while allowing reality to be as it is.

The last day of 2025 falls under Krittika nakshatra: sharp, uncompromising and driven to purify by separating what nourishes from what must be burned away.

Krittika doesn’t destroy blindly. It separates nourishment from poison. What survives this fire is means to carry the year forward.

May you enter 2026 with clean cuts, steady hands and the discipline to protect your life force.

Love,
Una
