Another new spot worth visiting in Thy!

As a neighbor to the newly opened SMK Thy museum , Naturlandsbyen (The Nature Village) in Doverodde, Thy, offers accessible, engaging and sensory outdoor experiences in a place filled with presence and wide-open skies. Naturlandsbyen includes a kayak hotel, fire pit shelters, a Viking ship workshop and more. All designed by Reiulf Ramstad Architects and located with beautiful views and direct access to the Limfjord.

Congratulations to the founders of the project, Thisted Kommune , and to Nordeafonden , who made it possible with generous support.

It has been a pleasure to help shape and bring this new brand and destination to life.

The National Gallery of Denmark is inviting visitors from across the country – as well as international tourists – to experience world-class art in the beautiful and scenic surroundings of Thy

Some of the finest pieces from the SMK collection can now be viewed in the opening exhibition, “The Journey from Paris”, all framed in new architecture by Reiulf Ramstad Architects – and all made possible with support from A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation
