We've removed the old, worn out, ruberr'o'plastickish soles and severely disintegrating cardboard footbeds.
Now everything is just a veg tan:
3mm footbeds
3mm midsoles, Blake stitched to footbeds,
5mm outsoles, Rapid stitched to midsoles,
Highest quality JR by Kilger sole leather.
Stacked leather heel block on tacks and nails. Hand driven.
Replaceable rubber sole guards.
These soles are built to last for decades, we can recraft almost any non welted shoe this way, no matter how bad it looks.
