Wilgart is making handcrafted headwear founded on skilled craftsmanship, original design and superior materials. Vi vil styrke forholdet mellem forbruger og produkt, med hensyn til historie, originalitet og oprindelse. Wilgart er et delikat alternativ til forbrugeren der ønsker speciel hovedbeklædning.

Great fotoshoot for our upcomming book: A Capmakers Journey.
We are currently working on the one and only last thing: The frontpage of the book. Release is set to be in spring 2026.
3½ years in the making, with cultural, historical and authentic stories about Danish Headwear and the many pioneering craftspeople within hats & caps.

Stop by when this year's version of Frue Plads Market runs from Thursday 7th to Saturday 9th August, 2025 in Copenhagen.

The Nordic region's largest outdoor fair for crafts and design presents, as always, a wide range of unique and quality products from all over the country. Under the iconic white parasols you will find everything from hand-woven unique rugs, crisp paper works and upcycled lamp designs to glazed porcelain, handcrafted caps and architectural jewellery collections.

Kig forbi, når årets version af Frue Plads Marked løber af stablen fra torsdag den 7. til og lørdag den 9. august, 2025 i København.

Nordens største udendørs markeret for kunsthåndværk og design præsenterer traditionen tro stribevis af unika og kvalitetsprodukter fra hele landet. Under de ikoniske hvide parasoller finder du alt fra, kasketter og hatte, håndvævede unikatæpper, sprøde papirværker og upcyclet lampedesign til glaseret brugsporcelæn og arkitektoniske smykkekollektioner.

New Felt Hats Just In!

We’ve just received a fresh batch of felt hats from the renowned Danish hatmaker, Stig Andersen. The high-quality felt is sourced from Fepsa, the esteemed Portuguese felt manufacturer.

We’re slowly expanding our hat collection. In addition to the classic Fedora, you’ll now find the Pork Pie hat—also known as the Jazz hat—on our shelves.
