We haven’t lived in this modern digital era long enough to know the real harm digital screens and blue light can do. But many studies indicate that it can have serious sleep and health consequences when overexposed to artificial blue light.

Stay safe and use Blux 🤳🏼👓
Also, whenever possible go outside in full spectrum sunlight and absorb all that natural good healthy light - even when cloudy (without any type of glasses of course)⛅️

Melatonin production in your body is disrupted by overexposure of artificial blue light 😫

Melatonin is not only your sleep-hormone - it’s also an important antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory molecule🧬

It will help to strengthen your immune-system which is especially important in these times. It does that by stimulating the immune cells called T-helper lymphocytes and controls the output of growth and s*x hormones🔬

In other words; Melatonin is one of the body’s best defense molecules at it’s important to keep the levels in balance☀️

Spending at least 6 hours a day in front of the screen? Computer screen? TV screen? Phone screen?

Most of us sadly are, especially in these times, even though we all know it’s probably not that healthy for us 😔

It isn’t. The artificial light is not natural and all the screen time additionally make us more inactive during the day 😧

But don’t worry! You actually can do something about it! You can wear blue light glasses that protect you from the overexposure to this artificial light and you can get up! 💪
