VIKING is looking for a dedicated *student assistant* to join our Global PPE Marketing Communications team at HQ in Esbjerg.

The team is responsible for marketing, branding and web for the personal protective equipment (PPE) that helps keep professionals safe in harsh environments… firefighters, search and rescue teams, crew on offshore platforms, vessels, wind farms as well as special forces.

This is where the action is! Our global PPE business is growing and VIKING PPE is flying off the shelves - for good reason. We’re here to protect and save human lives and we know it.

Yes, it’s at HQ in Esbjerg, and yes, you have to be here. Things are moving fast and you’ll be networking with one hand on the computer and another on a product. PPE is a complicated business with constant change and lots of details. Our job is to simplify it for customers and support our colleagues.

VIKING's Icelandic team has been busy at the ICE-SAR conference and expo in Reykjavik this weekend.

It's the first time VIKING Iceland gets to show the new next generation design VIKING IGNIS series for firefighter protection with models for EN469, wildland and technical rescue. Coastal rescue in icy waters is, of course, a big part of the SAR activities around Iceland too - that's the top-of-the-line VIKING YouSafe Hurricane work suit you can see at the right.
