Implemented difficulty scaling, and a bunch of ui updates to make the menus feel a bit more dynamic in Star Dasher.

This is by far one of the best book bundles i've seen for game designers in a looooong time... heck!... just getting it for the "Theory of Fun" and the "Level Up!" books ALONE make it well worth the price. But i highly recommend reading the Kobold books too. They're light and informative :)
