بريوش بالشكولاته ولا أروع 😋😋
مقادير بسيطة و طريقة سهلة و سريعة

المقادير

كاس كبير ونصف حليب دافئ 300ml
ملعقة كبيرة خميرة الخبز
4 ملاعق كبيرة سكر
1كيس فانيلا
بياض بيضة
نصف كاس زيت
الفرينة حسب النوعية تقريبا 4 كؤوس كبار و نصف
نصف ملعقة كبيرة ملح
صفار بيضة و القهوة لدهن البريوش
الحشوة :
شكلاطة للدهن او مربى او كريم بتيسيير
للتزيين رقائق اللوز و الشكلاطة

Une cuillère à soupe de levure à pain
4 cuillères à soupe de sucre
1 sachet de vanille
1 Blanc d'oeuf
Une demi-tasse d'huile
Farine, selon la qualité, environ 4 grandes tasses et demie
Une demi-cuillère à soupe de sel
Jaune d'oeuf et café pour tartiner la brioche
Remplissage:
Chocolat, confiture ou crème pâtissière
Flocons d'amandes et chocolat pour la décoration

1 Egg white
