10-40% of existing fabric is not used for fashion production, because it is considered to be leftovers. Using this fabric, instead of producing it afresh, we save substantial amounts of of water and energy, and help production to become waste-free. We are using design as a solution, instead of it being the reason for even more waste. So, by upcycling, we manage to reduce fabric waste by up to 80%! đź’™
