I received the September invoice from DPD-just one shipment (size M) and a total of €8.12. Previously, only the Energy and THI surcharges were added, but now, with fewer transactions, there’s also an administration fee.

As a small business owner, I really feel how difficult it has become to keep small-scale sales going these days. Sales have dropped, and every extra euro matters. I always support good service and cooperation, but sometimes it’s just sad to see how expensive small operations have become ❤️
