برجاء مراجعة سياسة الشحن والاستبدال لعملاء الاونلاين قبل تأكيد الاوردر
* برجاء فتح الطرد والقياس قبل الاستلام .
* اختيار المقاس من خلال جدول المقاسات او عن طريق الوزن والطول.
* سيتم تسليم جميع الطرود من خلال شركات شحن متخصصة.
* مسموح فتح وقياس المنتج قبل الاستلام ولذلك لا يمكن 🚫❌الاسترجاع النقدي او الاستبدال بعد الاستلام.
* وكذلك غير مسموح فتح الطرد في بعض محافظات الوجه القبلي و البحر الاحمر لذلك يمكن تبديل الموديل او المقاس وعمل طلب التبديل خلال ٣ ايام من الاستلام .
* تحضير الشحن و مدة التسليم يحتاج 7 أيام "الحد الأقصى"
** تأكيد الاوردر بارسال بيانات الشحن كاملة: اسم. عنوان تفصيلي. رقم موبيل ورقم ارضي.
