Union Special BCE 200/300 bag closing machine is economical version of the strongest Union Special unit - model BC 200/300.

Similarly to main machine, BCE 200/300 machine is equipped with unique thread guide system and internal forced lubrication system. Also all external parts of sewing head are made of stainless steel.

Start and stop of the machine is done by means of foot switch, installed on the mounting column or by sensor registering presence of product.
Chain is being cut simultaneously by automatic knives, during machine's operation.

Basic technical data:
- sewing speed: 2000 stitches/min (depending on stitch length and material)
- seam specification: double locked chain stitch 401
- stitch range: 6,5-11,5 mm
- sewing capacity: up to 12,7 mm (for paper bags, up to 32 paper plies)
- standard linear speed: 23 m/min at 2000 mm and 11,5 mm stitch

Options available:
- start and stop of machine controlled by proximity sensors
- automatic chain cutting by electro-pneumatic knives
- crepe tape feeding unit
- bag feed-in device

Power supply versions available:
- 230 VAC; 50/60 Hz
