إيه هو الفينيل الحراري؟
وايه فائدته وبنعمل بيه إيه؟
بنسأل دائما السؤال ده ومش عارفين الفينيل عبارة عن إيه؟
الفينيل بنستخدمه في طباعة التيشرتات والأقمشة بوجه عام
وبيتباع بالمتر وبيختلف أنواعه
وعلشان نقدر نطبع تيشرت بالفينيل الحراري
احنا محتاجين لـ
*فينيل حراري
*مكبس حراري
*كاتر بلوتر
وانواع الفينيل هي:
*فينيل كات
وده بيبقى ألوان احمر اخضر اصفر...الخ
وموجود منه كمان ملمس قطيفة
وكمان جليتر وذهبي وفضي
وكذا شكل ولون وملمس
لكن كله بيتقطع على ماكينة الكاتر بلوتر
بنظبط التصميم على الكمبيوتر وبنحط الفينيل على الكاتر بلوتر وهو بيبتدي يقطع التصميم اللي عملناه.
وبعدها بنحطه على المكبس الحراري ونكبسه عادي جدا على التيشرت.

- النوع الثاني من الفينيل وهو
*فينيل برنت + كات
وده بيكون أبيض وبيطبع على ماكينات البرينت والكات
بحيث الماكينة تطبع وتقطع مع بعض
وبعدها يتكبس على المكبس الحراري عادي.

What is vinyl?
What is its benefit and what do we do with it?
We always ask this question, and we don’t know what vinyl is?
We use vinyl to print t-shirts and fabrics in general
They are sold by meters and of various types
And in order to be able to print a T-shirt in vinyl
We need to
* vinyl
* Heat press
* Cutter plotter
The types of vinyl are:
* Vinyl Cut
This will be available in red, green, yellow, etc.
There is also other effects of vinyl like: "glitter, gold and silver"
As well as shape, color and texture
But it is all cut off on the cutting plotter

We set the design on the computer and we write the vinyl onto the cutting plotter, and it starts to cut out the design we made.
Then we put it on the heat press and press it is very normal on the T-shirt.

The second type of vinyl is
* Vinyl Print + Cut
This will be white and printed on printers
So that the machine prints and cuts together
And then pressed on a normal heat press.
