✨ Inspired in Barcelona: Terra Rossa ✨

As part of , from October 16 to January 12, Disseny Hub Barcelona hosts this collective exhibition, celebrating clay as a foundational material in Mediterranean design. Curated by and conceptualized by , the installation features a monumental pyramid of 80 water pitchers crafted by 16 artists.

First showcased at Milan Design Week’s Fuorisalone, this exhibit includes artistic collaborations with ceramicist . Half of the artists modified their pitchers in their raw state before firing, while others worked on the finished surfaces, keeping the original structure intact. 🏺

✨ Hanging By a Thread is an abstract figure made of bottles and recycled material, which has a solar charging point in the center of the sculpture for being visible at night. This figure is hanging by a thread inside a 3D cubic structure.

👀 ’s students Violeta Martín and Lluis La Hoz, accompanied by their tutor Marta Ayala, are the creators of Hanging By a Thread, presented during 2023 at the . was responsible for the development and construction of this art installation.

🏠 The project Bon dia, Carme!’s objective was the revival of Plaça del Carme in Olot. It was based on actions to give new life to that which already exists, improving urban comfort, invigorating ground floors and highlighting heritage.

🗣️ During the nine months that works lasted, the ‘Carme office’ was set up in the square, where unparelld'arquitectes] cooked up ideas on how to reactivate the space with neighbours, shopkeepers, owners and technicians.

📐 unparelld'arquitectes] is an architectural office based in Olot, Catalonia, Spain. They encourage exchanges between the infrastructure and the décor, between the residential sphere and the public space, between the city and the garden.

📦 P.A.R] has developed the graphic design and packaging for the entire range of ’s products. The information of each product is presented in a hierarchical and visual way to highlight the values of the brand itself as well as to be clear in the message of each product.

👉🏼 The main objective is that the packaging works as a way to transport the user to the different landscapes in which the origins of the brand are inspired. In such a way that when holding any of the products, the user gets an olfactory as well as a visual experience.

🌱 P.A.R] designs responsibly, providing lasting solutions and avoiding the need for constant redesigning that involves unnecessary consumption, so their projects are as long-lived and sustainable as possible.
