Sat Nam is sanskrit and means ‘truth is my identity’ or ‘truth is my essence’. Sat Nam is a seed mantra and is extensively used in Kundalini Yoga.

Within the seed, all knowledge of the fully grown tree is contained. The essence or seed is the identity of truth embodied in condensed form. It affirms the existence of truth and the value of it. ‘Sat’ means truth, the reality of one’s existence, and ‘Nam’ means identity. Chanting this mantra awakens the soul and gives you your destiny. This mantra also balances the five elements.

Flower of life is a holy geometric symbol which in many cultures, religions and beliefs is considered to be a manuscript of life in the universe. It consists of 19 complete circles and 36 circular arcs surrounded by a large circle.

➺ Sunday April 10th - Marina and .ljungqvist is inviting to a soulful guided hike in the Traumontana Mountains, Mallorca. WALK WITH A PURPOSE includes a guided hike, meditation, breathwork and sharings. Event is in English.

➺ Thursday April 21th - Diana arrives and will host a sacred cacao ceremony with Marina. The event includes a heart-opening meditation, breathwork, ecstatic dance and gong bath. Event is in English.

➺ Saturday & Sunday 23-24 April is Marina hosting a workshop in spirituality at The Roof Terrace in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca, where you can explore your spirituality and with tools navigate to increased wellness and well-being. Workshop is held in Swedish.

Today, this International Women's Day, we send our deepest thoughts to all of us women! Not only is Själs Kärlek run by women, in fact mother and daughter, we support women through our jewelry.

One of our most popular necklaces, Venus Ajai, is sold to the benefit of women's equality. The necklace is made up by an eight-pointed star with an Amethyst in the middle and in the clasp.

The eight-pointed star, which is an octagram, is an ancient symbol of great importance in most religions and world views. In Hinduism, for example, it is called The Star of Lakshmi, and is the symbol of the Goddess Lakshmi - the goddess of prosperity, beauty, love, wealth, joy and wealth.
