A truly unusual vintage wrought iron washstand / vanity stand featuring a circular mirror, removable glass bowl and an incredible heavy amphora-style art glass vessel suspended beneath 🌿

Finished in a distressed white patina with elegant flowing ironwork, this piece has a beautiful Mediterranean / Art Nouveau feel and makes an amazing statement piece for a hallway, bathroom, dressing room or interior space.

The substantial amphora-style vessel gives the piece a real sculptural presence and sets it apart from standard decorative stands 🤍

Una pieza vintage realmente original de hierro forjado, estilo lavabo / tocador, con espejo circular, cuenco de cristal extraíble y una impresionante ánfora decorativa de cristal suspendida en la parte inferior 🌿

Con una preciosa pátina envejecida en blanco y elegantes líneas curvas de hierro, esta pieza tiene un maravilloso aire mediterráneo / Art Nouveau y quedaría increíble en un recibidor, baño, vestidor o espacio interior con personalidad.

La gran ánfora decorativa aporta una presencia muy escultórica y hace que esta pieza destaque frente a los soportes decorativos más habituales 🤍

🎨 PAINTING OF THE WEEK 🎨

Large Gothic Monastic Portrait Oil on Canvas.
Signed “Elico Tanan”, dated 1882.

An incredibly atmospheric 19th century portrait featuring a hooded monastic figure, presented in a substantial gilt frame with wonderful presence.

Accompanied by original provenance paperwork from a Dutch antique dealer, identifying the work as an oil on canvas dated 1882, with a listed valuation of €6250. We have it in our shop for €995.

Firmado “Elico Tanan”, fechado en 1882.

Un impresionante y atmosférico retrato del siglo XIX que representa una figura monástica encapuchada, presentado en un gran marco dorado con una presencia increíble.

Acompañado de documentación original de procedencia de un anticuario holandés, identificando la obra como un óleo sobre lienzo fechado en 1882, con una valoración indicada de 6250 €. Nosotros lo tenemos en tienda por 995 €.
