Totally heartbroken writing this post. The beautiful bride you see in this photo is my niece Letitia. The most loving, caring, beautiful soul you could ever meet but unfortunately she has been diagnosed with MND (Motor Neurone Disease). As you probably know there is no cure for MND so the road ahead for Letitia is not good and her health is deteriorating. I'm completely heartbroken and ask you my followers on my page to help. A gofundme page has been set up for Letitia and her husband Paul who is now her full-time carer. They have such a tough sad road ahead of them and any contributions at all will mean so much.
