tary life, I decided to challenge myself and set goals to improve my health and quality of life. I am one of those people who needs challenges, ideally daily, to achieve my goals. Eventually, I found a discipline aligned with my principles, "metabolic training. And it was precisely in the box, where I discovered the mantra that would guide me, "train as you fight, fight as you train". Fight like you train is an immutable truth, you cannot change it. Train like you fight is a recommendation. Along the way, I learned about the benefits of training with a weighted vest and I tried it, rather ... I tried them, many, and quite expensive. I loved the sensations, but did not just find the right product, they did not fulfill what they promised, or did not reach to meet my needs or that of my teammates at the box.
