This is the story of a boy born in 1998. A boy whose life began in the shadow of loss, but whose heart held on to the light.
Before he ever took his first breath, his father was gone. He entered the world already missing a piece of himself, never to hear his father’s voice, never to feel his embrace.
At just four years old, he faced the unthinkable again. His mother, the only comfort he had ever known, was taken from him too. No warm arms to run to, no voice to call him “my child.” He was left with memories too faint to hold onto, and a silence too loud to escape.
He was just a boy, but he didn’t cry out. He didn’t ask, “Why me?” Instead, he told the world he was fine, but he wasn't. He smiled when it hurt.
He never complained, not because he didn’t feel pain, but because he knew no one else could carry it for him. He believed that everything happens for a reason, that God had a purpose for all the pain.
And now, that boy is a man. A father and also a rapper. His name is or ̱rdhuɔ̱ɔ̱r.
The journey hasn’t been easy. He’s stumbled. He’s bled. He’s wept in silence. But he never gave up.
He’s closer now, very closer to peace, to purpose, to the life he dreamed.
And through it all, GOD IS THE GREATEST.
