Size 28
To build a drawing of a sundress pattern for a girl, you need to take the following measurements:
1. Length back to waist............26 centimeters
2. Chest circumference ........... 28 centimeters
3. Waist circumference...........28 centimeters
4. Skirt length .................................24 centimeters
Drawing a bodice pattern
Draw rectangle ABCD.
The width of the rectangle. The lines LV and CD are equal to 30 centimeters (the semicircle of the chest according to the measurement plus 2 centimeters for all sizes):
28 + 2 = 30 centimeters.
The length of the rectangle. Lines AD and BC are equal to 26 centimeters (length of the back to the waist: according to the measure).
The top line of the bodice. The lines AD and BC are divided in half, the division points denote L and L1 and connect them.
Side line. Line LL1 is divided in half, the division point is designated L2. From point L2, a line is drawn down to the intersection with the DC line, the intersection point is designated H.
The bottom line of the bodice. From point C, lay down 1 centimeter and connect points 1 and H.
Place of sewing straps. The LLg line is divided in half. From the division point to the right lay 1 centimeter and from this point also to the right - 3 centimeters. From points 1 and 3, straps of arbitrary length are drawn up. Then the line L2L1 is divided in half and 1 centimeter is laid off from the division point to the left, and 3 centimeters from point 1 to the left. From points 1 and 3, lines of arbitrary length are drawn upwards.
Construction of a skirt pattern drawing
Draw a right angle with the apex at point A.
Waistline. From point A to the left and down lay 15.3 centimeters each (1/3 of the semicircle of the waist by measure plus 6 centimeters for all sizes):
28: 3 + 6 = 15.3.
Points 15.3 are connected by a dotted line and divided in half. A dotted line of arbitrary length is drawn from point A through the division point, and 15.3 centimeters are also laid off on this line from point A. The waistline is drawn through points 15.3.
The bottom line of the skirt. From the waistline (from points 15.3 to the left, down and along the line dividing the angle in half) lay 24 centimeters each (the length of the skirt to measure). The waistline between points 15.3 is divided in half and lines 24 centimeters long are drawn down from the intended division points. Dots 24 connect.
The pattern drawing is given without an increase in seams.
When cutting the skirt, the shared thread of the fabric passes through the middle of the back panel or front, and along the bodice - in the middle of the front. The increase in seams in centimeters: along the top line of the bodice and on the clasp to the middle of the back - 2, along the waistline of the skirt - 1, at the bottom of the bodice and skirt - 3. The straps are cut in length along the shared thread. The width of the straps in the cut is 5 centimeters, and the length is option.
