Dear customers of Story of Roo,

I founded this company in 2016 with the hope of bringing more joy into the world. Through the good times, the hardships, and even the quieter moments, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of you.

This is not a thank you of goodbye, but a profound thank you for your support and for the shared journey we have taken together over the years. Creating something from nothing, I could never have imagined how far this journey would ultimately take me — and your trust and encouragement have meant more than words can truly express.

Where this journey has ultimately led, and what the future holds for the company, will soon be revealed. But without the path we have walked together — and without your support — I would never have reached what I have today. For that, I am forever grateful.

The planet of Kuinkuu has never stopped moving… and perhaps it never will. And as the next chapter begins to unfold, know that you are already part of it — all of you. 🩷

Nothing is ordinary at planet Kuinkuu, so don't expect anything ordinary from our new webshop either. You might find stones in your shopping cart one day and something else the next. With these folks, you never know what they are up to. But one thing is certain: your cart is never empty.🙂

During the silent time folks at Kuinkuu had an idea. Webshop is going to be great and they still remembered all the fun they had with customers in the old one. But one of the stones had heard about one new way to have fun with people on Earth. He did not know much about it, but it seemed really fun and they could do all the exciting events and play hide and seek with customers there too. Stone also remembered the name of this new possibility. It is called mobile application.

Folks at planet Kuinkuu can't sew and Mr. Daydreamer's pants never wear out, but they know that people on Earth are good at sewing. Last year they held a sewing competition and thought that they can choose the winner when they see what people has sewed.

Here are a few examples of the amazing clothes that people sewed. 😍 But folks at Kuinkuu had a problem, because they couldn't choose what was the best. Could you?

After a while and trying to figure out what to do, one of the stones had an idea.
"Let's do it so that no one wins", he said, because the task seemed impossible.
Bunny the Dream Reader thought about it, but something about that idea just wasn't right.
"No", she started after a while and everyone stared at her waiting for what could be a better idea and solve this problem.
"Let's do it so, that everyone wins!" she said and that's how this sewing contest finally ended. 😄

Due to unexpected events and twists, the connection between planet Kuinkuu and Earth was once again broken. Bunny the Dream Reader was a bit skeptical about this, because they had waited impatiently for so long to see all the nice inhabitants of that beautiful Earth planet again. She had been sad, because so many children's dreams had gone unclaimed.

Since there were no new children's dreams, no new Curious cumulus clouds have been born either. Hide and seek is a lot more fun when you have more clouds playing. However, everything has been fine with the little bear, because the tea has not run out..

Folks at Kuinkuu are waiting to finally return and open soon the new online store for you, but is there anyone listening at planet Earth, and are you all okay there? Here to us your planet looks as beautiful as ever. ❤️

Last week we asked you what has been your best memory and this time we asked the guys from planet Kuinkuu.

The Curious Cumulus remembered that the other Cumulus was playing hide and seek with the customers and it was so much fun. He still remembers how the cloud giggled in its hiding, waiting to be found. Flash & Rumble said his best memory is watching some of them get to go in a mailbag and travel to Earth. Maybe one day he will too.

Dino's best memories are all of the fun games they played and the tricks they planned for the customers. Nothing beats laughter and little pranks. Bunny the Dream Reader thought the best memories are the ones that last. He still remembers the excitement as they waited silently in hiding, and then all those people suddenly arrived at their shop. He can't wait to have them visit again. The Hat didn't seem to understand the question and answered "blue". I don't know what he meant by that.

A funny thing happened to the business angel wandering in the World beyond. He noticed his brand new wristwatch had stopped. He concluded that the child was right. He remembered how Roo had once said that in the World beyond, time had lost its meaning. The clock had stopped, because time no longer mattered.

Even though the time didn't matter, he was amused to find that you might still be late..
