I’m very happy and honored to have been selected for a solo show in World of Threads Festival. The exhibition will take place in Oakville, Ontario from September 23, 2026 to January 17, 2027.
WOT festival exists since 1994, and over 80000 people visited the show in the 23/24 exhibition. I will exhibit several pieces of my series The Class, including this one, woven last year on a Jacquard loom during a workshop LAINAMAC. I look forward to meeting you at the opening, on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

I was lucky enough to be able to admire the Devonshire Hunting tapestries at the Victoria and Albert museum in London. No more to say, they are a wonder.

la sieste de Mei (Mei’s nap) was woven by Patricia Bergeron for Atelier A2, Aurélie Chéné for Just’lissières, Aiko Konomi and Margot Malaubier, from the Miyazaki film Totoro. the cartoon was made by Delphine Mangeret, the colors dyed by Nadia Petkovic.

Salammbô is a tapestry woven by Françoise Vernaudon, Inès Herlin, Emelie Gilson and Anne Boisseau, from a drawing of Philippe Druillet, who is a well know graphic novelist. The cartoon was made by Mathilde Claude.

The Tapestry George, the original picture is Françoise Petrovich’s, the cartoon was made by Delphine Mangeret, the weaving was (masterfully) done by the weavers of Manufacture Robert Four. It’s an homage to George Sand, a 19th century feminist French writer. The tapestry is around 2 meters high and 23 meters long (yes, 23 meters!, 75 ft!).

Alice is back home! I went to the Meet the makers on the last day of the 20th anniversary exhibition of the British Tapestry Group, at the Morley Gallery. It was a great event, and I was happy to meet amongst other makers caron penney , and . We had a great time and I’m very happy to have been selected for this exhibition.
