Born in Biarritz out of a desire to offer clothes made from local and ecological materials, the ANDERS ARENS brand was created by Pierre Anders Arens in 2016. The young French-German designer developed a clothing line, that is 100% European made, – from spinning to manufacturing. All of its products in linen of french origin are handmade in Biarritz workshops. ANDERS ARENS presents a minimal men’s

& women’s collection of modern basic styles with discrete details and quality finishes. Sports- & workwear inspired cuts are revisited to look smarter while remaining just as comfortable to wear. �With pride ANDERS ARENS is completely transparent about the traceability of its fabrics and french manufacturing, following Pierre’s mantra – “Let us consciously influence our environment with ease and elegance, through the way we consume clothing and food products that are good for us just like linen!”

Particular weather conditions and the traditional know-how of flax growers from the North of France, Belgium and Holland, have made flax growing a European exception that is unparalleled. Thus, 80% of the world production of long fibers is of European origin, where France is the world leader. Everything from the plant is used, not causing any waste. Once spun, the fabric has hypoallergenic and antibacterial qualities and cures certain skin conditions. After several years of costly research and development, European spinners created a new generation of extra-fine yarn, regular and particularly smooth, allowing for knitting linen fabrics that do not crease.
