First complete batch!
Just waiting for the final cure... 24hrs before shipping.

Next batch in progress now.. At my level of production I can make 6 per day.. I'll be making larger molds in the new year!

Finally after delays the metal parts for the window k**bs are almost complete.

A complete custom part. Thanks to everybody who has been so patient with this product. I'm hand pouring the resin parts and out sourcing the milled 303 stainless steel threaded part.

Very exciting to finally have the two parts put together soon..

Window k**b UPDATE:

I have a new vacuum chamber to reduce the micro bubbles in the resin. It's working well, but I just need to fine tune the pouring a bit.

I'm really happy with the metal nut inserts fit nicely and glued in.

As a result there are some more Ugly Wonky K***s available for immediate dispatch. These work perfectly and if you are not too concerned about the appearance they are a great replacement.

6 imperfect reproduction resin window closure k**bs available...

As I am producing these by hand there will be times when I get things wrong, these k**bs work perfectly buy don't look as pretty!

Replacement window closures with metal threads.

This has been a long struggle for me to complete.. Factory production fell through with low pre-order numbers and high production costs. The process of making models and molds for resin has been a learning experience.

That said I'm happy to say that the final silicone mold is about to be produced allowing me to make these in batches of 6 resin pieces every 24hrs.

I even found a colour match for the old plastic parts!

The only thing I haven't yet perfected in the long threaded piece. But I am hoping to get these parts backwards compatible with the original metal part that can just "slot in"

Anyway a BIG update I think.. :)
