You laugh when you see me dancing… 😂 But believe me, I’ve been doing this for years!

More than 10 years ago, I was already making people laugh with my dance moves on French television, in Secret Story (the French version of Big Brother).

Today, I’m still doing exactly the same thing in Zambia! Some people call it dancing, others say I’m just moving my arms like an airplane. ✈️😂

200 girls. One important mission. ❤️

Today in Lusaka, Zambia, I had the opportunity to take part in an awareness event about girls’ first periods.

Educating girls about their bodies, teaching them how to make reusable and washable sanitary pads, and reminding them that periods are completely natural and nothing to be ashamed of.

After all, it’s part of the natural process that makes human life possible.

But education is not only for girls. Boys and men must also learn to understand, respect and support women.

As a father of two daughters, I hope my own experience as a dad helped bring another perspective to this important conversation.

Because educating girls also means educating boys.

WHY AM I SINGLE? 😂❤️

Apparently, looks are no longer enough. You need a brain… and a heart too! 😂

But let’s be honest, this works both ways. Men and women don’t all look for the same things. Sometimes it’s physical attraction, sometimes intelligence, personality, humour, financial stability, kindness… or a little bit of everything! 😉

And don’t take these videos too seriously! They’re made for fun, inspired by real-life situations, things I hear, things I experience, and sometimes my own thoughts.

Some films stay with you forever. This is my favourite movie: American History X.

A powerful film about racism, hatred, and the consequences of what we pass on to the next generation.

It shows how someone can become consumed by hatred, but also how that hatred can be challenged and eventually rejected.

Because hatred only creates more hatred.

Whether it’s directed against Black people or White people, racism is always the same absurdity: judging someone for the colour of their skin instead of seeing them as a human being.

This film is still incredibly relevant today, in France and across Europe, as well as in many other parts of the world.

I highly recommend watching it.

We are all human beings. We don’t have to be the same to live together. We just have to accept our differences.

ONE MISTAKE… OR A BETRAYAL? 💔

Cheating destroys much more than a relationship.

It destroys trust, self-esteem, security and sometimes even the way someone sees themselves.

And the hardest part? The pain doesn’t necessarily end when the relationship ends.

After being betrayed, trusting someone again can become incredibly difficult. You start questioning things, overthinking situations and being afraid of experiencing the same pain all over again.

Because betrayal isn’t always just about the physical act. Sometimes, it starts long before that: with a message, a secret conversation, a flirtation, a hidden intention.

And if you’ve reached the point where you want someone else, at least have the honesty and courage to say it and walk away.

Don’t destroy someone else’s ability to trust just because you don’t have the courage to be honest.

Sometimes, protecting your peace means walking away. But sometimes, the walls we build to protect ourselves become the very things that keep us alone.

Where is the line between protecting your peace and shutting people out? 🧠
