Krama-Khmer is a French brand of handmade Cambodian cotton scarves. Eric and his wife My Hanh live between France and Vietnam, Cambodia's neighbouring country.

"Passionate about travel and Asian culture, I discovered Cambodia around ten years ago when I first visited Siem Reap (Cambodia's tourist capital) and the temples of Angkor Wat. Despite a still painful recent past and difficult living conditions, the Cambodian people are welcoming and open, and love to share their culture and traditions with visitors. So I was given my first krama, and I fell in l

ove with this scarf and the Khmer culture associated with it. Since then, I've worn a krama every day, but I wanted to do more to help these women, who weave by hand on old wooden looms, to make a decent living from their work. At Krama-Khmer, we want to promote this local craft and pass on this traditional know-how from generation to generation. Krama-Khmer offers high-quality, ethical fashion accessories. They are made in our workshops by weavers who benefit from good working conditions and fair pay."
