We begin with Nikki de la Rambelje of The Gardeners in Amsterdam, whose human-centered approach to creative leadership reflects the values we hold close: honesty, balance, and long-term thinking.

Photographed in her own space and wearing pieces she personally selected, the conversation explores where ambition and personal boundaries meet, and how more thoughtful ways of working can lead to more meaningful outcomes.
