To place order send us the item pictures using Facebook Messenger send us on WhatsApp. We will check the availability of the item first, upon availability confirmation from our side please make the full payment. We accept payments only through bank transfer to the shared account details from us. We will send you payment receipt confirmation once the amount has been credited to
our account. We do not accept cancellation of the order and any refund once you have booked your order and payment has been made. Once we have received the full payment, we will place your order. Our delivery timeline is 3 to 4 weeks. Though generally we deliver items within our set timelines, but due to any unforeseen circumstances if we are unable to deliver your items within the timescale, we will contact you and keep you updated on the delivery progress. Due to any unforeseen circumstances if we are not able to deliver your ordered item, we will contact you. In such cases we will refund you the paid amount. Instead of refund you can also choose to place order of any other available item in the same price range from our page. In such cases if you choose another item with higher price range you will need to pay the difference first. Then the newly ordered item will be booked for delivery and we will deliver within our set timelines as mentioned in earlier point. Before dispatching the ordered item, we will contact you and upon dispatch we will share the delivery details to you. We do not refund or replace the item once it has been sold. All items are thoroughly quality checked before dispatching, but in the unlikely event if you receive damaged item please immediately contact us with photo/video taken of the damaged item. Complain of any damaged item after 24 hours of receipt will not be accepted. If any damages happen during shipment, we recommend you to take a parcel opening video and of the full item and share the video with us within 24 hours from the delivery of the items to you. Once we acknowledge the damage, the item should be returned to us at your own cost and tracking details should be shared to us. The returned item should reach to us within 7 days from the date of dispatch from your side. Once item is received by us, after thorough checking of the same item that we have delivered, we will refund you the money or replace with another item of your choice on availability. Refund of money will be made only through bank transfer and to the same bank account from which you have transferred the money to us. Refund will not be made to any other bank account or by cash. There may be slight variations in the color of fabrics, dyes, prints or embroideries of the image you see on your screen and the actual product. Product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources and of your screen settings. We endeavor to display the products images as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that the color you see in the image accurately portrays the true color of the product. Due to color variability in screen, we have no liability if colors of the products do not match to their display in our page. Kindly note there is no return for color variation due to digital photography, the feeling of the material or just because you do not like the item. Thank you
