Just a little info. Why are my dog coats so expensive? Hand-knotting labour is one thing and due to that each coat is much more durable then knitting or crochet. It strand has multiple internal strands. And knotting can take hundreds of hours. That is one thing. Secondly, obtain certain fibers such as VICUNA the most expensive fiber in the world is costly. To make a small coat for a toy poodle with a fairly complex design can cost 1000 Euros for the fiber easily. Then there are import tariffs and preparation costs to have it spun. However obtaining it can be difficult since shearing is done annually in PERU and is a ritual and each Vicuna is only sheared every second year producing small amounts of fiber. Just a little info to share.

A world citizen, humanitarian, visionary - I have integrated natural, luxury fibers with hand knotted formed ancient knots some dating back to Inca & Biblical times to try to form a revolutionary French Canine Fashion Phenomenon - a Statement.

A toss between daring and madness, simultaneously inspired and perhaps tainted by a flower in Paris, a thorn in Krakow, a stumble over a rock n Budapest, global environmental issues, mother natures rage, or the tear in the eye of a human have only inspired my creation. Each touched by a period in history, each having its own name - its own identity; allowing me to combine fashion with culture, cinema, music, history and environment.

Rare fibers such as Vicuna is difficult and costly to obtain. This luxury fiber is gathered during the annual molting season by way of sacred ritual. Each exotic Vicuna is carefully sheared very other year, high in the Andes of Peru. This fiber is known as the “Fiber of Gods” and rightfully so is the most soft, luxurious, expensive fiber on earth. Rare fiber such as Guanaco, Bison, Yak or Camel amongst other, not only govern these limited garments but help define them. Each garment is designed for longevity, comfort and of course unique artistic flare to define each dog individually. In addition to the above, laborious ancient hand knotting and complex design is time consuming and a small garment can easily take 50 hours to create from the story it is built upon and the dog it defines.

A story - a coat named “Most Spokoju Brantome Francji” - (Bridge of Serenity Brantome France) created from the noble Westleydale sheep in the United Kingdom are guarded by various nations; Vicuna Fiber of Gods from Peru, Camel from Egypt, Merino & Alpaca from France. Exclusive, luxury earth tone fibers dominate this intriguing hand-knotted Berber canine fashion garment on this peaceful medieval French village.
