Managed two fish from my recent trip to the manor it was hard fishing with the fish not having spawned yet and the weather changing every 5 mins but came away with these 2 fish not the biggest but certainly welcome!!

CATCH REPORT FROM TEAM MEMBER JESS!!

It’s been a weird few weeks for carp fishing with the spawning and temperatures being all over the place, Wednesday was my first opportunity to get out on the bank. The day started very slow, with a move to a different swim it just didn’t seem to be happening. The weather was all over the place raining, dry, sunny and extremely windy. In a last ditch attempted a walk around another lake was in need, only carrying what I needed. First two stops produced nothing, by the third we were starting to lose daylight fast. I slipped the rods out one in the margin and one out towards a showing fish. After 30 mins of waiting one screamed off, the carp ran straight towards me, a very short battle under the rod tip… and pull 😩 a hook pull right at my feet. I was gutted. One final move, finally produced what I was looking a carp !! While only being small it was very welcome after a few weeks of no fishing.

With the weather so changeable I wouldn’t leave home without 3 essentials. The drift jacket 100 percent waterproof keeping me dry in the terrestrial rain, the elements range T-shirt made with a breathable material it’s perfect for this hot weather. And the star of the show for me, the 5 panel cap keeping the sun off my head and keeping me safe. Top clothing this stuff 🔥🔥

Crazy Spring Session in public waters, with very high temperatures during the day and cold at night, changing rings and fishing at long distance we hit the right note!! a lovely common for all the hard work and also showing off our great stickers!!

Mist on the water and rain in the air 🌫️🌧️

After dropping her rig from the boat at Kermit’s Lake, France, this stunning common carp slipped up before the weather had a chance to improve.
