Join us at U-Xplore on Monday 2nd November for an evening of expert winter advice, hands-on kit testing and a relaxed 5km social trail run around Abergavenny 🌙 🏃

Jaye from Montane will share expert advice on winter layering, choosing the right waterproof jacket and getting your kit ready for the conditions and, Joe from SILVA Global will introduce the AW26 headtorch range, helping you find the right light for your winter adventures.

Then, we’ll hit the trails to put the kit to the test before heading back to the store for hot chocolate, brownies and some post-run trail chat ☕🍫

Plus, there’s a chance to win some goodies from Montane and Silva! 👀

Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or just getting started, come along to learn something new, try out the latest kit and enjoy an evening outdoors with the U-Xplore community.

Research from This Girl Can found that almost 72% of women in the UK change their running routines during the winter months. It’s time to change that.

That’s why we’re proud to be hosting this year’s Welsh Athletics Athletau Cymru run🏃‍♀️

We’ll kick things off with a women’s safety talk, packed with practical tips for running confidently through the darker months. You’ll also get to enjoy some goodies from brands like Feetures UK,
before we wrap up the evening with a relaxed 5K social run 🏃‍♀️✨
