As an old established textile company we recognised the benefits and advantages offered by bamboo and as a result changed our name to Bamboo Textiles Ltd in 2008. rotection, quick drying times, the list goes on. Bamboo is also a continuously sustainable crop growing at a very rapid rate with no need for irrigation. For all these reasons bamboo is replacing cotton as well as being used for new applications. The team at Bamboo Textiles Ltd has more than 400 years’ combined experience in the textile industry. The very reason for changing our products was that we recognised the advantages of bamboo fibre over other traditional raw materials. It is fast becoming recognised as the wonder fibre of the new millennium.
