Payment for personalised items may be requested before the design process begins. This is to protect our artists from time wasters and design theft. Design fees may be applicable on personalised items.
100% of payment will be required before items are posted. Postage costs will vary depending on item. Returns Policy:
Damaged or lost items can be refunded (excluding postage) or replaced with free p

ostage. No return is necessary when items are damaged. Proof of damage will be requested for our records and product and packaging improvements. We kindly request our customers specify what they are after, and check all sizes and materials before purchasing. Personalised items are non returnable; refundable (unless they are damaged or lost); or exchangeable. General products can be exchanged (in the state they were posted in), or returned (in the state they were posted in) for instore credit, not a cash refund- But postage will need to be covered by the customer, and will not be paid for by us, the business. So please ensure what you are after is correct before ordering. Once the invoice had be paid in full, orders will be made and posted as soon as possible. There is a 2 week turn around from date of payment, but we endeavour to make and post all items as soon as possible. Adjustments to products and orders may not be possible after payment.
