I thought I had a good idea of the sort of low key wedding dress that I wanted ... But I didn't - I just knew what I didn't want. I explained to Wendy and despite much babbling and mind changing from me, Wendy seemed to undertand exactly what I wanted. From the first drawing she sent to me, it was clear that she knew what would suit me and my body shape. Wendy made my wedding dress from scratch - from pieces of chiffon and embroiderary englaise with an underdress. The result was beautiful and I felt beautiful in it. Wendy also made me a little matching shoulder bag. I can't quite believe that my dress was EXACTLY what I wanted 'Boho chic' as so many have called it ... Wendy is a wonder, an amazing seamstress and so very kind and lovely at the same time ... and I think she can add 'mind reader' to her list of skills. A big big thank you to Wendy and I cannot reccommend Rags to Riches enough. I just wish Wendy could make all my clothes!! xx
