After 10 incredible years, it’s time to close this chapter. 🤍
As you’ll hear me explain in this video, the business formula that allowed us to grow and thrive for so many years simply no longer works in today’s environment.
The reality is straightforward: costs have continued to rise, margins have continued to fall, and the model that was once successful is no longer profitable or sustainable.
Making the decision to close our store has been incredibly difficult. OutDazl has been such a huge part of my life for the past decade, and I’m enormously proud of everything we’ve built and achieved along the way.
To my team — thank you. You have been exceptional every step of the way. Your hard work, loyalty, creativity, energy and belief in this business helped turn an idea into something far bigger than I could ever have imagined. Every success we’ve celebrated over the years has had your fingerprints on it.
To our customers and our incredible community, both online and in store — whether you’ve been with us from the very beginning, discovered us somewhere along the way, shopped with us once or supported us year after year — thank you for choosing us. None of this would have existed without you.
And to every content creator, stylist, brand, supplier, photographer, model and partner we’ve had the privilege of working with over the last 10 years — thank you for being part of our story. We’ve worked with some truly brilliant people and created memories and moments I’ll always be proud of.
Ten years of trading. Ten years of lessons, challenges, growth, incredible highs and unforgettable moments.
Closing the store doesn’t erase any of that.
And importantly, while this chapter is coming to an end, this isn’t necessarily the end of the business.

For now, I just want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who helped make these last 10 years possible.
