My first ever attempt to make a basket.
After unsuccessful splitting of hazel stick, and cutting into my finger instead, I decided to use materials I'm more familiar with.
Using dress boning and stipps of waste welsh wool.
I'm rather pleased! I have not been told how to make a basket. Only studied how local handmade baskets look like. .
It's not perfect! But completely functional!
