The cuts to our services are choking the system. Hospital staff must feel like they are just about holding it together but in my opinion our services are now dangerously understaffed and underfunded so this pay increase for Chief Execs is disgusting news.🤬

Isn't it astounding how NI Public Services are allowed to bring male aggression and in some cases violence, into ur home and you're not allowed to defend yourself from it with the policies that are in place to protect you!

Actions speak louder than words and no public service in NI is serving the service user when their rules are applied to protect the service only.

is so rife because public & crown services enable it. It is not just a domestic issue. If it was, women would be supported by the services better but instead, the services enjoy abusing single women, mothers & children.

Its either to fill their ego or feed their sadistic kicks. Either way & have to stop believing these services work for us. They don't.
