For Breast Cancer Awareness month, I will be posting progress of the kilt I am making with Breast Cancer Awareness Tartan.
October 1st was a long day of herring bone stitching the Hem on The Curaidh Kilt.

First fitting done! So have to rip out basting to alter hem and stitch it in place. I love the fact that it’s so easy to alter our heritage kilts to suit each individual ❤️🐝

So been busy this month working on Ma’s Kilt. The Curaidh, Pink Ribbon Tartan is beautiful but due to its light weight challenging to hand sew.
